By purchasing the BookCoverly Business-in-a-Box, you agree to the following terms:

1. Digital Product

This is a 100% digital product. No physical items will be shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to all included files, tutorials, software, and materials via email or your customer dashboard.

Upon purchase, you will also receive a digital sticker that identifies you as a BookCoverly.com Resale Partner you can place on your website, promotional materials, etc.

2. Non-Refundable

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of this product — and the inclusion of software and Master Resell Rights — all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued. Exception: If you experience a technical issue with the BookCoverly software that prevents it from functioning as described — and our support team is unable to resolve it — you may be eligible for a partial refund for the software portion only. Please contact us at hello@bookcoverly.com within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

3. Licensing & Resell Rights

Your purchase includes Master Resell Rights (MRR), which allows you to:

Resell the entire bundle as-is
Sell individual components (e.g., software, ebook, templates, tutorials, etc.)
Keep 100% of the profit from your sales
Use the materials for your own business, freelance services, or digital storefront

You may not:

Give away any portion of any pre-made products for free (even as a lead magnet), unless you repackage and add value. You may, however, create something of your own as a free or low cost lead magnet for this product.
Claim copyright over original assets you did not create (e.g., software, templates, brushsets, tutorials)

4. White Label Option

If you wish to completely rebrand and white label the entire system (e.g., change the title of the ebook, remove the BookCoverly name from your version, etc.), please contact hello@bookcoverly.com to discuss licensing options.

5. Support

Technical support is available for access and usage issues related to the bundle. Support does not cover customization of templates or instruction on unrelated third-party tools.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

LICENSE

Licensor grants You this personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable right to use the Software, provided you adhere to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You may not redistribute the Software or its output in any form without Licensor’s prior written consent. The foregoing is an express limited use license and not an assignment, sale, or other transfer of the Licensed Software or any Intellectual Property Rights of Licensor. In the event that You fail to comply with this EULA, the license is terminated and You agree to cease using the Software and uninstall the Software from your computer. You may make copies of the Software in machine-readable form solely for personal backup purposes. You must reproduce on any such copy all copyright notices and any other proprietary legends on the original copy of the Software. You may export visualization output of the Software in machine-readable video format solely for personal display and use.

USAGE

You may:
– Use this software to create your own unlimited beautiful book covers, CD covers, or whatever your heart desires.
– Download this program on up to five (5) devices.
– Use this commercially-licensed software to create and sell covers for others.
– Use this commercially-licensed software to create templates to sell for others.
– Redesign the templates with new images and copy/fonts for personal use, client use, or resell.

You may NOT:
– Claim this software as your own.
– Freely share this program with others.
– Download on more than five (5) devices. Please make a new purchase for additional devices.
